My platform aims to Educate, Engage & Enable.Â
In my work, I focus on the intersection of the social issues in sport in the endeavour to ‘Educate’. It’s important to understand how various individual characteristics like age, gender, race, ability and more, impact community sport and how these intersect and play a crucial role in ‘making a difference’ to our experience in these environments.Â
I feel strongly about what I write about and only write about it to ensure we continue discussing issues that impact global sport. I come to this point with a Bachelors in Sociology and a Master of Business in Sport Management which allows me to see and understand a plethora of socio-cultural patterns that impact organisations, individuals and communities.
I want to ‘Engage’ readers by presenting information that will allow all to reflect and understand the need for inclusive leadership and a change in mindsets. For sport managers and professionals in the industry ‘inclusive leadership’ is no longer a nice to have but the need of the hour. With ‘change’ being the ever constant there are a number of dynamics at play and being a part of that conversation is crucial to understanding the nature of our social environment and how each one of us can make a difference.
I hope to ‘Enable‘Â by sharing actionable tools to grow an understanding in stakeholders in acknowledging that we all have a part to play in creating a safe and welcoming sport industry for all.

you how to run your website, however suppose you added something that makes people want more?
I mean My platform: Educate Engage Enable – Sunaina Jaswal is kinda boring.
You could look at Yahoo’s home page and watch how they
create post titles to get people interested. You might add a
video or a picture or two to get readers excited about what you’ve written. In my opinion, it might make your posts a little bit more interesting.
