This blog focusses on the intersection of social issues in sport in the endeavour to Educate.  My content highlights insights backed by data, experience and expertise to ensure we continue discussing issues that impact global sport. I come to this point with a Bachelors in Sociology and a Master of Business in Sport Management which allows me to see and understand a plethora of socio-cultural patterns that impact organisations, individuals and communities.

I want to Engage readers by presenting information that will allow all to reflect and understand the need for inclusive leadership and a change in mindsets.  With ‘change’ being the ever constant there are a number of dynamics at play and being a part of that conversation is crucial to understanding the nature of our social environment and how each one of us can make a difference.

I hope to Enable the community by sharing actionable tools to grow an understanding in acknowledging that we all have a part to play in creating a safe and welcoming sport industry for all.
